What do customers want from an estate agency in the 21 st Century?

Answering that question has been the basis of how we have built the Anderson Rose business model so far and how we plan to expand our service to a wider area. The awards that we have won and the 5 star Google Rating reassures us that we have the answer.

First of all, we understand that the vast majority of you are indifferent to whether your agency has a traditional retail premises and a shop window. You do want the best result and appreciate that it takes more than a listing on the internet to achieve it. You want to know that you have talented, well connected sales people on the case every day working hard and incentivised to make it happen. You want your home to be proactively marketed. You want to be well-represented during negotiations and be shielded from the stresses of the transaction. Above all you want to deal with someone who is really well-connected and knows everything about the area; who can sell the lifestyle as well as the property.

So as we expand to new areas, we will be continuing with the same approach that our customers in and around Tower Bridge are already enjoying. Each area will have more great Anderson Rose brokers who are already the super stars of real estate in their areas, they will have a big social media following, they will be outstanding communicators, they will live nearby and will be supported by the great team at Anderson Rose HQ.
