Selling – We aspire to achieve 2% INCLUDING VAT on the basis of superior service and price achieved but our clients have the discretion to reduce this to 1.8% if either have not been satisfied. It is a significant incentive for the Anderson Rose team. 
Let and managed – 16.8% per month INCLUDING VAT reducing to 13.2% per month INCLUDING VAT on renewal or periodic.
