Alongside our award-winning estate agency service we also offer a buying-agency service to those who want us to help find their perfect home to buy or rent in central London and the South East.

We use our expert knowledge of the real estate market and our personal contacts to source homes specific to your brief. Leveraging our relationships with top estate agencies we search beyond what is visible on the open market and maintain your anonymity throughout the process.

We will create a short-list from the initial reconnaissance and accompany you on the tour. Once we have introduced you to your perfect home, we will again use our skills and insight to negotiate the very best deal for you. We will facilitate the legal and administrative process for you to make it as stress-free as possible. We will also help you arrange all the practicalities of moving. Our job is only complete once you walk through the door with a smile on your face!

The London department is run by our directors Jon Byers and Scott Joseph whilst your search for a new home in the South East will be handled by Tim Page-Ratcliff.

Tim is a former Equity Partner in Strutt & Parker and was based at the Lewes Office for 33 years, where he was Regional Chairman and Head of Agency. In 2020, he left the business to start TPR Property Solutions, acting as an independent Search Agent & Property Consultant. With an intimate knowledge of the country house market in Sussex and an enviable ‘black book’ of contacts, he’s able to utilise his deep knowledge, experience and expertise to help buyers secure the house of their dreams. With an increasing percentage of the best house trading privately, Tim has great success in unlocking ‘off-market’ opportunities for his clients and has become the ‘Search Agent of Choice’ for buyers seeking to move to the countryside.
